Best place to buy a Brinsea?

Finally convinced DH to let me buy an incubator ("my birthday gift" - only a little Brinsea mini Eco, but I'll take what I can get lol). I'll be ordering it within the next hour or two. I've been researching here and elsewhere, though, and while it seems there are mostly good reviews about this incubator, the reviews regarding Brinsea customer service are mixed. It seems they can be hard to get a hold of and charge bookoodles for return shipping and such. I'd hate to deal with that if there were an issue in shipping, so I thought of ordering from eBay from a seller who offers returns and full refunds.
Does anyone have an opinion/preference/experience here with where to order from?
If anyone has any tips for me about this little incubator, I'd love to hear those, too. This will be my first shot at incubating and I'm nervousnervousnervous.

Straight from Brinsea's US website.

Google the secret word for a discount, though. They often have a discount word in force, at any given time. It typically gets you $20 off, which just about pays for the shipping. Some snooping on google and you'll find it.

Also check Brinsea's Facebook page. They release the "word" there as well.
