The larger hatcheries may be easier to work with in the event that they make a mistake on your order. I don't think any have a perfect track record. If you look through all the threads regarding customer service from the hatcheries, you'll find good and bad comments for just about all of them. It basically comes down to who sells the chicks you want in the quantities and sex you want at a price (including shipping charges) you can live with.

Well, originally I was looking for chicks as I'm a newbie and I need to stay clear of roosters (town ordinance), but someone mentioned incubating eggs so now I'm trying to decide.
