Best starter food

This will be my first hatch, so any advice will be welcome. I am hatching Cayuga's, what brand/type starter food is the best, I would appreciate all opinions!

My feed store caries a brand called Manna Pro non-medicated starter crumbles for chicks, ducks and goslings. I thought it was a little pricey--I think it was $10/5 lbs, but since I was only feeding one rescue baby Mallard, I grabbed it. She did really well on it, and I have not seen any symptoms of niacin deficiency that others have mentioned (trembling in the legs/trouble walking). I will use the same food with the Metzer babies I am getting at the end of the month, unless anyone has a better alternative/different advice--I am such a newbie still
