Best thermometer/hydrometer for incubator

What’s the most accurate thermometer you have had? I am trying to find some that are actually accurate to the .5s I bought some hydrometer/thermometers off of Amazon but they turned out to be totally incorrect

Govee is typically what's recommended.
An accurate thermometer is great but that accurate is completely unnecessary.

I was thinking of putting an extra in my incubator, and I want one that is within the degree I am aiming at.

That's the best way to know how far off they are, that's how you calibrated them.

i recomend an original brinsea's spot check for thermometer (calibrated) and a decent priced hair hygrometer.
