Best thermometer/hygrometer for incubator

I have had someone give me one of those little giant still air incubators and turners. Everything works fine on it but I want a good thermometer/hygrometer to put inside before I start incubating eggs. I do not trust that cheapy one they send with it. Anyone had good luck with any certain thermometer that will fit in this incubator?

Check out Sper Scientific. They are a U.S. company, but some of their production plants are overseas. They have the best selection that I have found, hygrometers, thermometers, combinations, and they have a page for comparing different models, for direct sensing (such as having the unit within the incubator) or remote sensors or whatever.
