Best tips on bird poop removal

I have a lot of Peafowl & therefore a lot of poop. Right out the door everyone uses! We try to water it down daily. Any tips on easy quick removal?
Or how to train them to use the litterbox?

Your best bet is fencing to keep them from the door and patio area. Fowl and litter boxes just don't happen.
