Me too! Mine don't really go for the dried mealworms and I haven't found anything they really go nuts for.

Has anyone tried giving hemp seeds to their chickens? I was making a little hemp milk this morning and as I was dumping the seeds into the blender, I wondered what my little turd machines would think of them. I've tried tiny bits of cabbage and apple peel, both of which they got very excited over but then didn't actually want to eat.

After straining out the milk, I end up with about a quarter cup of hemp seed paste (which includes one medjool date) per batch. I chucked it in the fridge this morning instead of the garbage can and I'm thinking about giving it to the fuzz butts when I get home from work. Thoughts, opinions?
