i have a large farm and I want to get turkeys that can fly away from predators and will live on their own (living on their own like foraging and free ranging 24/7).

All heritage varieties are capable of sustained flight if necessary. Once they fly to avoid a pred. there is a good chance they'll get lost. If they are heavily imprinted on you & your property (keep them penned up and fed for the first three months), your chances of decreasing losses from straying too far and being panicked into flying off even further, improve, some.
Hens will always be a problem. Depending on hen count/pred load you could be looking at lots of new poults wandering in with their mothers or, more likely, come across a few feathers and bones at nesting locations.
Foraging 24/7 (assuming no additional feed supplied)? Cheaper to buy some nice turkey prints and hang them on the walls.
