Best way to attach chicken wire?

[my first peepers]

I am finishing up a new run and I'm trying to figure out the best way to attach the pieces of chicken wire for the cover. On the sides I used zip ties join the layers of different fencing but it doesn't seem like the best or most durable method. I'm wondering if there is some other way that you experts use?

The people I know that have covered their pens and runs use hog rings. Sometimes you can find the pliers on Eggbid. My feed store has them.

i used stapes from a stapler hooked to my compressor. i stapled the top of it then i pulled on the bottom of it as hard as i could to make it nice and tight. hope this helps
