Best way to attach PVC to pallets?

I would cattle panel as well. My experiences with PVC over more than a one or two year time horizon have been largely disappointing.

The additional structure of the cattle/hog panel should benefit the tarp/whatever as well.

We used PVC to build some fencing. It ended up very brittle and breaking in several places.

I’ve had hoophouse frames last well over 8 years, they actually last longer than the greenhouse film/poly, last ones I built lasted 6 and 8 years before they all came down and that was only due to a tornado.. and the good thing is that it’s readily available, super cheap and very easy for 1 person to work with...
