Best way to candle eggs?

Ive got some eggs that are now 6 days in the incubator. What is the best way to candle them? I have tried a powerful led flash light and a regular desk lamp, but the egg shells are to thick to see through correctly.

I bought an LED Lenser at Home Depot... $50... but I use it for Marans eggs and it works.

These are sexlink eggs and maby one leghorn idk who laided em but i know they gotta be fertilized because i cracked open some eggs for breakfast and they looked to be fertilized.

My eggs are going on 8 days and i cant see crap when i candle em. I cant even get a light through them and i can only get like one or two little dots on them where i do.
