best way to clean a small back yard coop

We have a small tractor design coop on wheels with a hen box the coop floor is in dirt what is my best aporoach for keeping it clean? Not the box but the ground they peck in all day. I have been shoveling out crap and that's not been very affective and its full again. This houses 5 meat chickens fir my daughters fair project. Thanks for any help

Isn't the idea of a"tractor coop"to be moved around every couple of days? If you did that they would have a clean place to peck around.
