Hi! We are getting ready to order some more chicks and I'd like to know what everyone uses or thinks is the best for cleaning the brooder out? We had chicks last year in there and I'd just like to know its nice and clean before the new batch goes in this year!! And part of the brooder is wood.

    Thankyou!!

Quote:a bleach and water solution. follow the dilution directions on the bleach bottle for cleaning. then rinse very well and let it air dry. (towel drying spreads germs.) if you can, get it out in natural sunlight afterward. natural germ fighter.

    enjoy the new chickies!
