Best way to introduce a silkie rooster to my egg layers?

Hi iam new to this stuff, I have 6 brown laying hens they are about 9 months old doing great, I have a friend that needs to rehome a silkie rooster and a silkie female and a frizzle female, all 4-5 months, what is the best way to put them all together? Thanks

you can try putting them in something like a wire cage for a while so that the others can see them but can't actually get to them. After a couple days of that, release them in with the others. Of course, adding newbies will throw off the pecking order and it will have to be re established
