I have twelve 20 week old Buffs, then i got 15 RIR's at easter all hens, now there fully feathered and i want them all in the same coop/run, whats the best way to get this done without a war?

I always put mine in together after they all settle down and go to sleep at night. Once they are all calm and on the roosts, I move them. They take a minute to get adjusted, but then calm down and go to sleep. When they wake up, they are together. There is usually a bit of squabbling that goes on, but nothing to bad.

The above posts are excellent advice. No one thing will work in every situation. I believe in quarantining the new birds for at least a month, and then I put them in a run adjacent to the existing flock for a few more weeks. Sometimes there may be one bird that will be overly aggressive. I remove that bird and let the remaining members of the flock establish their pecking order before I reintroduce the trouble maker. Good luck in whatever you do.
