One of my hens just started laying eggs two days ago. We get one perfect shaped egg every day around noon or little after.
I was wondering what is the best way to keep them till used. Right now they are on the counter have not been washed with water. (Kinda shocked the eggs are not dirty like I thought they would)
Or should I put them in the fridge.

Thanks

Many people leave them out on the counter, which you can do if they aren't washed. I like to refrigerate mine. I have an egg skelter to keep them in order....

I leave them on the counter unwashed and rinse them off before using them. The ones that I find with droppings I will wash off and store in the frig. But those become "ingredient" eggs for baking and the like. They pick up the refrigerator smells and don't taste as good to me.
