Best way to sell pullets

I have about 40 chicks right now that are about 4 wks old (not ready to sell/be outside) this is my first time doing this and am wandering what the best way to advertise/sell these chicks would be when they're about 15 wks or about to lay, in other words how can I sell these effectively?

I sell excess chicks when have to order pullet orders that are larger than I need by advertising them on Craigslist, and by putting an ad on the bulletin boards at the local feed stores. With an order form proving that it was a pullet order, I've never had any problem selling of the excess chicks and recouping my money. Good luck with your sale.
