woah Steve your method sounds way cool!!! Must try that when I run out of plastic cartons! LOL!

Right now what I do is wrap an egg in either toilet paper or paper towels (to give the egg more mass) then I put it inside a quail egg carton. I do this to every egg ina doz egg carton... then on the top where i can still visably see egg I put a small peice of foam on top of each egg. I then shut the plastic egg carton and either tape it shut (which i've stopped doing as i pitty the person who tries to open it safely) or (now) i wrap it in a big sheet of newspaper and tape the newspaper tightly shut.. then I put some styrofoam peanuts, and or newspaper layering the bottom of the box, then i put in the cartons, then around the sides of hte carton pressing hard to the box I put more wadded up newspaper, pack it TIGHTLY shut with nothing but newspaper and tape it shut and wala

I've had great comments on that packing method so far

Of the shipping eggs I recieved, I had the best success with the ones that were placed in quail egg cartons, the carton lid was taped secure......and the whole carton wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a box with tightly packed packing, to keep the carton from shifting.

Steve could you please take pics of this method when you do it again? This soudns like a way easier way to do multiple eggs quickly.
Thanks!
