best way to stun a turkey before slaughter

I'm sorry everyone, but I am too much of a softy. The thought of any type of pain or fear, hurts me. I use a 20 gage to the back of the head. I want instant brain death.

Same--12g, take that brain right out. I can only hope to die as well; scaled up of course.
