I have a white Orpington hen, but no white rooster.
rooster colors I have in my possession are:
Black
Blue
Chocolate
Splash
Gold lace and
Mottled
Which of the top roos should I put her with?
is there any chance I can get some more white offspring?

I'm not sure if White in orpingtons is the Recessive White or Dominant White gene (two differe genes, ones dominant, ones recessive, both do pretty much the same thing)

So if she's dominant white, 50% to 100% of her chicks should be white.
If she's recessive white, all of her chicks will carry white, but none will be white.

I'd avoid the golden laced (a lot of genes work together to make the pretty lacing, when it's outcrossed it's harder to get back to a nice laced bird than just breeding laced x laced)

Do you have any birds who are perhaps from the same breeder as her? Chances are if they bred her (white) then other birds from the same breeder might carry white. It's a slim chance, but who knows! Otherwise, if not, just pick your favorite boy whose got the best type, temperament and coloring! Either it'll pass or not, if it IS recessive white, you can breed her back to a son of hers and you should get 50% white chicks from that breeding : D

Bought her on a auction...
But maybe I must try to get a hold of the breeder to get more information on her.

They're recessive white so it will take two copies to be expressed.
Good news is unlike dominate white recessive will cover everything.
Breed any of your males to her. Breeding a son back to her will get you 50% whites. Or breeding her offspring together will get you 25% whites.

Am I correct that most every common breed is recessive white other than Leghorns, Wyandottes, and Plymouth Rocks and the breeds that are varieties that have to be dominant white for the other pigment to show like red pyle and buff laced? Are there other breeds that are just white and genetically dominant? Just trying to better understand dominant vs recessive! :)

I can't keep track of what breeds are dominate white beyond leghorns. I did hear not long ago that ameracauna can have either or even both.
Yes most breeds are recessive and it's because recessive covers everything while dominate does not
Correct some patterns use dominate white which allows gold tones to show.
