Shhh don't tell my hubby, he tries to get good presents, but doesn't always succeed...

So anyway...I got my bantam cochin eggs! This is the first time I've ordered eggs and I really hope they work even with the change in altitude...we are at 5000ft so I've heard low eggs going up is really bad...oh well I hope they are wrong!

He packed them very nicely...(I bought them of off eBay, PM me if you want to know details)

Not a single one cracked or nothin! Wish me luck!

Oh ya and how long should I let them sit until they go in?

I to live at 4800ft and have gotten eggs from lower elevations and they did just fine.

I have mine sit for about 8 hrs or so

I know Buster lives at over 5000ft and he ships in eggs.
Sounds like they do just fine, too.
