Between Life and Death RP

"Wonderful." He started down the shore line with Seldannna. (Maybe Seldannna can be the one to really get the relationship going even though Pryrus already feels it in his heart? Just an idea

)
Seldanna walked beside him, silently thinking of what to say.
"So, who was the person with you before, in the forest?" She asked with some curiosity, though she had a feeling she already knew. That wasn't the first overly-attached girlfriend she had experienced in her lifetime.

(Yeah, sure. :) It won't be really fast though, just in case you'd want it to be that way.)

(No it's fine. Slow and steady is good. He still likes Claire, so his heart is going to have to start switching :))
"That was Claire. She is a Reaper like me. I infected her a while ago. Are you a guardian like she suspects?" Pryrus ask curiously.~

"Oh..." Seldanna said quietly, now thinking about the fact that technically, he was supposed to be her enemy.
"Yes, I am a Guardian...A Returned Guardian to be specific. I was a Fallen for countless years, but I grew tired of it. I didn't have the best start in life as a Guardian, you could say." She told him rather somberly with a slight chuckle.

"That's cool. Then you aren't the biggest fan of my eating habits, hm." Pryrus laughed. He thought it was fun, him, a Reaper that kills humans, talking to a returned-guardian that's supposed to save humans.~

"No, I am not." Seldanna said and laughed quietly and rather awkwardly. It felt rather wrong, to be socializing with a Reaper, but he wasn't actively hurting her or anybody else. But it was her natural job to protect those of who did not deserve death yet.
"If you don't mind me asking, though it is kind of my job, what kind of people do you kill?" She honestly could admit she did not care for certain types of people. And as the population of people she actually cared for was diminishing, it could be less likely that he just killed every person she was supposed to care about whenever possible.

"I pretty much kill any human and animals. I really don't care about who the human is." Pryrus shrugged.~

Seldanna nodded as she listened, at a point of some mental conflict.
"I have never known this, but, can Reapers survive only if they harm humans, or can they just live off of animals and plants like everyone else technically does?" Since Seldanna was not being actively threatened, she saw this as an opportunity to know more about her enemies. She believed understanding was the only way your judgment could be fair.

(Oh, and by the way, Jace found her weakness, she doesn't like her personal space to be invaded...

"Thanks." Mute muttered very quietly, watching him leave, she thought she should do the same, it was getting late and, frankly, she had lost her appetite. "I'm not so hungry anymore. See ya." She waved a goodbye to Araidna. She lifted her hood over her head and tucked her hands into the pockets of her leather jacket as she headed home, hidden by the darkness around her.

Araidna got up from where she sat, chasing after her friend "Hey! Wait up!" She slowed her pace and walked alongside Mute.

(Time skip? Or no?))

(Sorry for the late post, I had to dig this up. @EcottSam , I'm replying to your character too)
(Yeah, time skip)

Jace stood, waiting by the gnarled oak tree with his hands in his pockets. He wasn't even remotely hungry; he had made sure of that the night before by hunting for hours. Jace hoped he wouldn't be tempted, like last night. It probably had appeared rude, him bolting out like that. But people always assumed him rude - why not give them an actual reason to think so? He closed his eyes, the memory of salty blood forcing it's way into his mind. Jace abruptly shook his head, pushing off from the tree. Where were they?

Eris looked back at him from in midair; tears shining in her eyes. She should never have helped him. He had betrayed him like this.

Ransom yelled after her, "You would've died if I hadn't! I'm sorry, but I had no choice!" Stomach sinking, he felt the old hunger to feed. Hunger had it's claws in his gut, driving him to distraction. And think how bad this must be to Eris, who had never experienced this before. "I can help!" he called.

Eris looked back down at him, and waited for him to come to her if he really wanted to "help".
