Between Life and Death RP

Mute listened, her arms crossed. Even after Jace was done speaking, Mute just stood there silent. Finally she spoke, her voice like a low growl, "That's not it! You were just obviously tired. A-And you don't know the reason why I don't tell my real name anyways!"

Jace bit his lip. "You're right; I don't." He looked at her. "I'm going to hunt. I'll be back in twenty minutes, okay? Then I'll go to the hospital to see Araidna, yeah?"

Mute nodded, though was a little upset she wouldn't be able to see her friend. Without waiting for a reply, she walked into the forest and brushed her hand against each tree she passed.

Jace smelled meat. He had been gone maybe five minutes, after seeing Mute storm off into the forest. Or maybe she wasn't mad. He was never sure.
He followed the scent, his fangs growing and slashing at his lips. And, after a while, he found what he seeked: A small, plump deer.
Jace carefully stalked his prey. Within a minute, he was on it and tearing at it's vulnerable form with his fangs. "Thank you," he whispered to the dying light in it's eyes.
When all went dull, he began to eat.
He hadn't eaten in a long, long while - being in human company had made him self-conscious of what he ate. No, what he had to eat. He had gotten by though, foolishly eating the bare minimum. Now, his stupidity showed when he couldn't see Araidna for fear of killing her doctors.
The meat was succulent and good and the blood was fresh and sweet. Having temporarily slated his deepset hunger, Jace turned back to the hospital. But not before wiping the blood off his face.

Jace rolled over, murmuring in his sleep. He tensed, his muscles quivering. His breathing quickened, and he struck out at the ground, grabbed a handful of dirt and clenched it tight in his fist.
(Pretty sure its Ransom.) Eris looked at him, which only made her desire greater. She was on all fours now, terrified. The Fallen she had become had taken over, and she wasn't liking it. Death started nudging her to kill Ransom, gorge on his flesh. And that's when she decided her only way out was actual death. She rammed herself in a rage into a tree, until she fell unconscious.

Ransom awoke to an loud thud. "What?" he asked sleepily. He sat up and blurrily looked around. "Eris?" No answer. Quickly now, he stood and scanned the area.
That's when he saw Eris, her body pale and corpse-like in the light. "Eris!" he barked, dropping down ad shaking her.

Eros didn't move. She was still knocked out, and was going to be for at least five more minutes with the impact of the tree hitting her.

Ransom sank to a sitting position beside her. What had happened? Was she just asleep? No; the blood on her head said otherwise.
Ransom willed his fangs to leave him alone, and inspected her closer. Her fangs were out too, even though she was unconscious.

Eris slowly moved, awakening. Her fangs shrunk slowly, but she couldn't see much-everything was blurry. "Ransom?" she called out nervously, not knowing he was right next to her.
