Bielefelder Hatch-A-Long ! 🌱

Hi all! This is my first Hatch-A-Long and I'm super excited! All species and breeds welcome, by the way!

I've got 12 fresh-off-the-farm local Bielefelder eggs that I'll be setting at 6AM tomorrow! Great way to kick off spring!

I'll be posting daily updates and chatting a lot! What's in your incubators?

Eggs are set! Got up a bit later than 6AM, but oh well. Maybe the equinox will I've me a bit of magic luck!

Inching towards day 7 when I can finally candle! Can't wait!

Had a few humidity drops in the evening that scared me, but otherwise the new Nuture Right 360 has been holding quite steady!

Day 7 candling went great! We had one quitter that was itty bitty and had a blood ring, but the other 11 eggs are showing good veining.

Well, I'm not sure what went wrong, but 4 more eggs quit along the way. Hoping the rest of the little ones hatch safely.
