Bielefelder sources

Aside from Greenfire, what reputable sources are there for the Bielefeld? I am located in AL. I have read that there have been some people who have wound up with birds that were suspected to not be true Bielefeld.

Recently both Murray McMurray and I think Cackle (?) have started offering the breed.
Murray McMurray wants the same price as Greenfire
but I think Cackle is less.
I’m not sure about breeders in your area.

I saw them today on Cackle. I believe females were under $10. They also offer another chocolate brown egg layer. I forget the name but that's almost $20 a chick.

My friend recently got some 'Felders from Cackle and she was very pleased with them.

You might try Chickielady here on BYC I’m pretty sure she has silver but not sure what else. I do know that she has beautiful birds.

I’m also in Alabama, but sadly I don’t know anyone who has Bielefelders I’ll try looking around, but if I were you, I’d go with an order from Cackle Hatchery.
