It's quite red! Been that way for weeks. But she's shown no interest in the nest box or any other signs of getting close.
Is it possible that she could be laying egg's somewhere besides the nest box? Sometimes I find an egg that was layed in the run, especially if it's a new layer that hasn't figured out what the nesting box is for yet.

No not a chance. I only have 6 chickens and a suburban backyard. And I'm with them all the time. No eggs for sure.

Well, maybe she's just waiting to surprise you then. Also, the amount of daylight hour's are shorter now. Even I'm getting less egg's then I normally do, but at lest I'm still getting 2 or 3 a day out of 12 hen's.

I also think that my Welsh Harlequin duck is getting ready to lay because I seen the male breed her a couple of day's ago. Those will be 6 month's old this month on the 21st.

My EE's haven't laid an egg in weeks (except for today -- I got one just to make me a liar, lol).
But out of my other 5 hens, I've been getting mostly 4 eggs per day! (sometimes 3)

I keep expecting a slow down and so have been hoarding eggs for the winter.

Today's haul was a little unusual... I got a fairy egg from my oldest hen, and got a very large egg from one of my 'teenagers.' That big one weighed in at 98 grams (3.5 oz)!

Just found a 5th egg this afternoon! So that would be my normal 4/ day plus the unexpected EE egg.
