Bielefelder x Blue Plymouth Rock

Hi, I’m looking into crossbreeding my healthy Bielefelder hen with a large a Blue Plymouth Rock rooster, both are very brilliant looking birds. Has anyone ever crossed these two or something similar before? Also, are there any tips I should know before crossbreeding rare chickens as these? Thanks for any help in advance!

That is not a Biel hen. Maybe she has Biel in her but leg color and ears are definitely off. Her pattern also doesn’t look right.
