How big is your coop? You may need a gallon for 3 treatments. Remember you have to spray every crevice, roost bar, nest box and not to mention the chickens.
I'm with kikisgirls I'm not sure where you are reading all that. I have the exact same bottle.

5 mls (one teaspoon) per 1/4 gallon(1qt) of water in this sprayer:

It is pretty amazing how they cling on isn't it? I guess so the chicken has a really hard time removing them themselves.
