Big Bloody poop?

I was out in my chicken coop and I noticed that in the bedding area there was this huge poop. I took a closer look and noticed that the white stuff was kind off thick and there was some dark red thick stuff there as well. One of my hens was also sitting in the nest box (I'm not sure she is even acctually laying) and making soft crooning noises. when I went over to check on her she was stareing at the wall and even if I moved her head she wouldn't stop. Se did stop about 2-5 min. later but I'm not sure what to think. Does anyone have any suggestions?
