Big Daddy vs The Hawk

I'm happy to hear that your flock is safe. Big daddy is handsome, beautiful bird. We can't have rooster in our city, so we'll have to give away a 4 moth old black cooper. I agree better safe than sorry and sad. We have an Ameraucana that has a great eye sight. She warns the flock of hawks presence. Our hens own their lives to her.

GO BIG DADDY! My roo Jasper did the same thing. He let out a low mutter and all of the hens went running back into the coop. He stood out in the open squacking at the hawk. Finally, with his help, I scared it away.
