What breed do you have?

Jumbo brown.
I plugged in my two NR 360 incubators this morning, my wife has no problem with me hatching in the garage.
I’m getting over 3 dozen eggs/day and I hate just putting them in the fridge.
I couldn’t help myself.

3 dozen eggs is a lot. How many hens do you have?

I have 20 breeders, but I have about 60 straight run in a large coop that are laying now.

My nephew came over today and we opened a jar of my pickled quail eggs, this is the first time I tried them, they are delicious, we ate the whole jar full of eggs.
I put 20-24 eggs/jar.
