Our largest egg and smallest egg in one day.... so beautiful. I just need my EE to start laying and I'll have almost the full rainbow colors of eggs.
What causes a chicken to lay an egg with out a yolk? We've had two of them, I haven't cracked this little one yet but I suspect the same hen laid this.
Also any tips on keeping eggs really clean? And how to clean all the stuff off that is on there. I'd really like to start selling my eggs but I want them to be perfectly clean looking.
