BIG eggs to small eggs after getting my roo!

My hens were laying big fat eggs and then I got a rooster and ever since him 99% of the eggs coming out are half as big and not perfectly round..they're weird shaped. Anyone know why? I don't want to try to hatch them because they're so small and not normal shaped.
