Big hello from Michigan

Just moved into our forever home on 10 acres and are excited to begin our homesteading journey. Looking forward to meeting new people gleaning lots of info from this site.

Wow 10 acres, you could have thousands of chickens and some fainting goats, and maybe an emu or two or three.

Thanks everyone. The 10 acres does have 6 acres of woods on it. Honestly, we are a bit befuddled of how to get started. The previous owner was very big into ornamentals so we have lots of landscaping that can't feed us, three acres of yard to mow, and about an acre of weed field. We are completly starting from scratch including any structures we might need.
