Big Lump on the bottom. Is this normal? I dont know if I should worry

I have some RIR chicks about 4 weeks old. They are starting to get some of their feathers and get bigger. But some of them look like they are carrying a squishy golf ball between their legs around their bottom area. Is this normal to them putting on size or something else? Its not hard to the touch.

My BJG is about 2 1/2 weeks old and was like that too, only today there is a hard/firm lump on the left side under her left leg and she is walking like a penguin. Take a look at my post:

Not sure what is wrong. Taking her back to breeder tomorrow to have him check her. He mentioned maybe something bit her or possibly a tumor. He has never heard of anything like this. He may give her antibiotics or swap her out for a healthier peep if necessary.

I hope we find answers to this lumpiness/swelling.

I have never seen anything like what you two are describing! Hopefully someone can help you out. That is just crazy looking!
