Big lump under the beak??????

When looking inside her mouth, can you see ther tongue at all?

The ball like swelling underneath a chickens' wattles is often related to their tongue being swallowed or restricted by a thread or hair wrapped around it, which leaves them very uncomfortable and with difficulty to eat or drink properly.
yes her tongue seems normal and i can see the hole of the throat, and it doesn't seem obstructed.. (don't know if this is the correct way to say it..)
and the balls are very hard

her droppings are small, soft, and light green.
If it is not a problem with her tongue I suspect the two growths to prevent her from feeding herself properly as the small and green droppings show that she is not eating enough.

Do you know how to tube feed?

Have you check both her ears for infection/gunk?

How old is she?

I was googling trying to understand something and i found this thread on Reddit where someone express a problem similar to mine maybe?

"lumps are all hard and the biggest ones are grape-sized, but some are very small like the size of peas or smaller. They are inside her neck and you can move her neck skin around them separately, so they are not part of her skin."

In that thread someone suggests that it could be a virus/respiratory problem that damaged the bird's lymphatic system and caused hypoplasia of lymphoid organs, that involves the thymus.

So i found a lot of articles that describe the correlation between Mycoplasma (MG) infections and damage of thymus and lymphoid organs in chickens..

Maybe @Eggcessive will remember (but i hope she doesn't! :hugs) that years ago this same chicken brought a very strange respiratory disease in my flock, and i never really figured out if it was a MG or a viral infection. Maybe, if it was MG, there could be a correlation with this problem.

I want to say that she hasn't had respiratory symptoms for years, but actually i know that many respiratory problems never really heal from chickens even if they havn't symptoms..

So i'm very confused right now, what do y'all think about this hypotesis?

thank you.. yes, i know how to tube feed cause i did it for some chickens before.. Her ears seem normal too. She is 7 years old i think, i bought her in 2019 and she was 1 years old at that time..

what do you think about my previous message?

At already 7 years old and a suspected carrier ( mostly life long) of a respiratory or other chronic viral disease she might have developed lymphomas or similar and be reaching the end of her life now.

You can try to tube feed but I suspect it will only gain her a few more days.

Whatever you decide to do, please consider her quality of life.

That's what I'm afraid of, but I’m still hoping it’s not that...
She pecked at the soft food a little, took a couple of sips of water, moved around a bit, and then right after, she had a watery yellow and white poop... (Not sure what the color means in this case..?)

Any picture for us?
yes sure here they are
please consider that the brown stuff is only dirt that she had on her feets and fell on the plastic under the cage. it is a bit more yellow than in the picture and a bit viscous.

How does it smell?

Have you recently administered poultry vitamins containing B complex or electrolytes?

When did you last deworm?

And how does her abdomen feel? Is it bloated?

it smells pretty neutral..
she smells a bit in general but i can't understand if it is a strange smell or only the smell of old feathers (weather has been pretty rainy and moldy, so she is not really super clean even if she is pretty white..)
I would exclude worms cause i dewormed a month ago.. abdomen feels normal, nothing like impacted crop or internal laying symptoms that i saw in other chickens..
