Big mouse litter! *New pics, page 13*

just curious, how do you market your mice? How do you find buyers/homes for them? Word of mouth? print ads? internet ads? Just curious... advertising and results is one of my hobby/interests and mice is a "different" sort of a pet and was just wondering if your advertising found mostly already confirmed "mousey" homes, or newbies that fall in love and just want to try one as a pet... I don't have any "energy" about whatever your answers might be, just curious as all get out about the mouse market and how it works.

I use craigslist & Kijiji alot,plus I have listing on www.ratster.com & www.littlecrittersites.com

I've found that is much harder with mice then it is rats to work with another breeder, for some reason breeders dont seem as willing to work each other.

I breed mice for pets, so most of them go to pet homes, a few have made their way to another mousery or two that also breed for pets.
I firmly believe that mice make great pets and want everyone to experince it, so I am open about homing my mice to just about everyone.

Theres actually 2 types of Fancy mice, pet & show.
Show mice have very large ears, long-thick tail, large-streamline body, and a nicely arched back unlike your everyday pet mice, which have smaller ears, thinner tail and a smaller body.
Some breeders(like me) just work with pet mice, others breed show mice and some breed them both.

sniff.
No more mouse mugs?
that'll be hard. I am living vicariously through your pictures.
I love mice, but my best friend ever, besides my husband, was my pet rat. She was wonderful. But I had her during college when we were both nocturnal. I studied a lot and she helped me. She was a rescue wild native wood rat. I have never had domestic rodents. One day...I'll drive to your house knock on your door and pick me out one!

WHAA! They are SO cute! Jiminy Cricket!
How do you get anything done? I'd be playing with mice-es all day!
Shiny, black, beady, little rodent eyes just make me melt.
(Nuts, I've gone all Beatrix Potter again.)
