Welcome to BYC. That looks like an egg membrane hanging out. Catch her and very carefully pull it out. Once it out, can you get a picture of her vent?

This is what she looks like now! I still have to clean off some poo though...

Put him in a warm water bath with some epsinsalt. Then pull the egg out.

Did it come out easily?
Had this happen once, didn't come out easy so I crated her overnight and it was on the floor the next morning.

It’s been there since last night! Then she was in the barn in a crate over night, and so I think it sat long enough that at when I tried to pull it out it came right out. Thank goodness!
