To my new Chicken Family !

I was laid off from my job of 8 years just last week....and...you all have made me feel very welcome and have provided me with an outlet to vegetate while going thru the 'grieving' process.

Being the people person that I am I definitely don't miss the job or the 70 mile commute but I do miss my work buddies and you all have taken the sting out.

If there was a place to while away the time BETTER than BYC, I would be really surprised!

The information is excellent, the pictures are wonderful, and the community of chicken people is marvelous.
