big waddles at 5.5 weeks

So I have always suspected this chick to be a boy. He has sprouted these waddles at 5 weeks and in the last few days they are getting much bigger. Can I assume without a doubt he is a he?? I need to find a home if he is a he and the sooner the better. He is so sweet though I am going to miss him!!! Or should I wait a few more weeks...or cut my losses now??

I would wait too because my SLW's had waddles at 5 weeks too and they are pullets.
