Big wattles and floppy comb

He looks fairly small, from how he's perched on the hand in the first pic. Where did you get him from? pure bred or mix?

I think he weighs around 1kg plus and is around 13 to 14 inches tall. As he is approximately a year old now, is it safe to assume that he has fully grown?

There are strips of red at the sides of his legs ( perhaps signs of reaching sexual maturity?)

As for his temperament , he seems to be quite docile and loves to receive cuddles and hugs from us. We also noticed that he is very observant and mimics sounds we make (for example, he will make sounds that sound very similar to “right” whenever we use the word “right”). Not sure if all chickens behave like him, but he is kinda an adorable oddball.
