To my DH,

#1 "That's a catalog from a hatchery called McMurray, I have the ones I want to order marked."

#2 "I suppose you can help me choose breeds to order, but I thought you didn't like chickens."

#3 Going to a poultry show this weekend, want to come?

#4 Hold my auction paddle while I go to the ladies room.

#5 Lots of people sell hatching eggs. See look at all the sellers on EBAY.

My DH always refers to the chickens as "YOUR chickens". So why did he start spouting the SOP for bantam Cochins one afternoon?

He was drooling over geese at the last show we went to and I told him he could have geese the day our divorce was final. So far we're still married so I guess I still rank higher than his lust for geese.
