I had a friend raving about his for a long time and I thought "Big Deal it's a cooker!" That was until he smoked a boston butt for me and holy cow it was the best I ever had. Then later we had steaks and they were just as good. The best part is their quality. They are very thick ceramic. I know someone who has had one over 30 years old and it still works like new.

I bought mine 3 years ago and I use it all the time. I love our Christmas & Thanksgiving Turkeys slow smoked on it.
