He was very hormonal, so he would try to mate with the hens any chance he got, and he has flogged me 5 times thus far, and he would chase around our other cockerel a buckeye cockerel Tony. We separated Freddy from the flock for now, and Tony is much better, he runs up for treats, I haven't noticed him making any moves to attack me, and he only seems to want to mate in the morning, he also still has to learn how to do the rooster dance (Tony an Freddy are the same age)

I tried to weigh my big Buff O roo, but he never gets off the hens long enough. (Maybe I will weigh both together, then subtract the hens weight)

I was getting kind of attached to him.
