Hello,
I've been a lurker for a while and decided to join.
We've had chickens since 2017, we currently have 18 of various ages. We have several different breeds, including Buff Orpingtons, Leghorns, Cuckoo Marans, and a Polish rooster named Louis.
I think the hardest part of raising chickens is losing one, and trying to rehome roosters.
We like to sit and watch them doing chicken stuff and they make us laugh quite often.

I totally agree with your opinion on the hardest aspect of chickens. I have a very unpleasant Cochin Bantam rooster that I probably should re-home, but he's pretty good with his girls and he's a handsome boy -- though not as sharp-looking as Louis. I am frequently the subject of his outbursts and attacks. His name, BTW, is Billy Boy.
