Hi Farmer Connie,
I'm located in southern Ontario Canada. The summer here is nowhere near as hot as you experience. The run area would be shady in any case. The shed though would need better air flow to keep the heat from building up inside during the summer. Thanks for your comment.

Geographically speaking... I would love your Summers, but loath your Winters. I am not experienced at all with your climate, so I'll just sit back and read and learn..
Burrrrrrr. Got chilled just thinking of it!
