Please do! I really hope the girls gift me with a few of those.

I'll definitely post some pictures of all my resulting chicks as well. I love when buyers post pictures of the chicks from eggs they purchased from a seller. Gives you an idea of what you can look forward to.

Good luck, Kay. Any progress?

Anyone have more pics?!?!?!

. I'm on Day 14 and out of 18 eggs, I've culled 3, I cam see 13 developing, and 2 are so dark I can't see into them.

. Not counting my chicks before they hatch but I am pleased since these eggs traveled from MT to FL.

I'd love to see more chick pics from anyone willing to share. Especially what a pure Wheaten chick looks like so I can identify.

Hi,

these are from Azriel's eggs that I hatched 8 weeks ago...I kept 4 and sold the others, since I am limited on space )-;
I am sure three of these are pullets...the deeper blue one may be a cockerel...but I am thinking it's most likely a pullet too...got 2 with really small single combs from dark olive eggs and 1 with a small pea type comb also from a dark olive egg. The wheaten pullet is not from that hatch. they are good sized already and really nice temperaments. Enjoy!!

cbnovick, I'm pretty sure that blue is a pullet, looks like rounded saddle feathers. The lavender is the one I would say might be a roo, they have such funky feathers its hard see if the saddle feathers are round or pointed.
I haven't had a chance to get photos of my pretty white with the black lacing, I have to get her in a pen with out light. She didn't show up well with the white light on her.

Five babies! This was definitely a learning experience and I am ready to do another batch when I get back frm NYC next week!

Received my eggs today, and am very happy with how they were shipped and what I received. She's not kidding when she says she'll send extras.

Isn't it awesome?! I had a few of the khaki eggs. One of them I had a heck of a time candeling. Super dark shell. Darker than the Marans by a long shot. Good luck with your hatch!

HI Bonnie,
I really think the lavender is a pullet too...looking at her in person...no cockerel characteristics really...entire rump is real round, body frame long and low and totally pale in face with little to no comb/wattle development at almost 10 weeks too...almost frizzle like feathering...will be interesting if the frizzle like quality will persist through her first molt...will keep u posted. I have heard that sometimes lavenders can have more fragile feathers...Very pleased with the 3 I kept from you. Nice birds all around and imagine they will be great layers too ((-: Looking forward to seeing some of your chicks progressing along to when you get the opportunity...Spring is here in AZ...80-82 for high and 55-58 low at night...trying to be outside as much as possible cuz I know what's coming...MEGA HEAT come May....I compare to your winter...too harsh to be out in it for long...most stay indoors all summer unless you are in water etc...gonna be high maintenance to keep my coops/birds cool enough to survive...others around here do it...but it is tough on the birds, no doubt.
Peace, Cindy

ere are some of my chicks from these eggs, the 1st 2 photos are the pullet (I hope) from the steel blue egg, I think she is so pretty, the next one looks just like a Black Copper Marans, and the last one the colors are not showing up, but she has blue lacing, and her wing tips are blue. She looks alot like a Wheaten Marans but with blue.

Gorgeous birds. <3 The steel blue I got from you is going into a hatching basket by itself tonight so I can make sure I know which is which. Praying for that egg to be a pullet! They're on day 17, so we'll know soon.
