What's the difference between porcelain & splash partridge (sorry, some keys not working) He looks just like my Splash partridge hen only a bit darker.

Porcelain is lavender x buff split to lavender.. So you could use him with lav, buff split to lav or porcelain and produce these colors.

Splash partridge is not lav based.
