Welcome! I just got my own first flock of birbs as well and converted a resin shed for my coop. I can't recommend poop trays of PDZ under the roosts enough, though everyone has what works for them. For me it's just "scooping the chikky litter" lol! This place will be a wealth of info for you and your incoming flock
