Birchen color pattern/color

In another post, someone mentioned that my minorca/Delaware cross is birchen. Is this true?

She has the wrong genetic makeup to use in a sex-linked cross. You did not cause a ruckus. I am trying to figure out where the information is coming from that says a person can use a white leghorn in a sex linked cross.

You cannot get sexlink from using a white leghorn female because of the dominant white. Unless it silver leghorn female cross with a gold base colored rooster e.g. New Hamshire Red, Rhode Island Red, etc..
